The product Scan page allows you to scan the market to find out which stocks meet your variable Scan settings. A list of stocks is returned for your consideration and evaluation. If they meet your investment criteria then they can be added to your watchlist for ongoing monitoring. The inclusion of these stocks is not a recommendation to buy the stock. Rather, the inclusion means that the stock aligns with the relative, risk, return and income preferences. This does not necessarily mean that the portfolio or the stock is appropriate for you.

Charges & Refunds
Due to the educational nature of the ShareSmart Australia Program, once having accessed the program, refunds are not granted other than in exceptional personal circumstances. Please contact support@sharesmart.com.au
Subscriptions
a. Monthly Subscription
When you agree to subscribe to the product, the company will charge you a monthly, recurring fee which will give you access to the product. The User gives their full and unconditional permission and authorisation to withdraw and the credit card institution to pay the amount agreed, at the beginning of each month, where credit card details have been provided by the User as their preferred method of payment. You acknowledge that the company that is the supplier of the data to you within the product has a no refund policy. You further acknowledge that the subscription can be started and stopped in blocks of one calendar month only, and only by applying in writing, email, fax, or letter giving a minimum of 14 days clear notice of your intention to suspend or cancel the subscription.
b. Automatic Renewal
Unless you notify ShareSmart before the end of the annual or bi-annual subscription period that you want to cancel your subscription, your subscription will automatically renew and you authorise the company to place you into the monthly billing cycle and collect the monthly subscription fee using any credit card or other payment mechanism the company have on record for you.
c. Expiration of your Monthly Subscription
Five (5) months after the expiration of your subscription all of your Watchlist items will be permanently deleted.
Five (5) months after the expiration of your subscription all of your Portfolio items will be permanently deleted.
Trial Product
If you AGREE to partake in a Trial of the product or you are invited to partake in any other Service provided to you by the company, your use of the Trial is subject to these Terms & Conditions. The agreement between you and the company for the purposes of the Trial will commence on the date that you accept the Terms & Conditions upon signing in for the Trial and will continue for the length of the Trial period. The company will provide you with confidential login details to access the product and these should not be disclosed to any third party.
Customer Support
Customer Support and training is available on business days Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEDT (+10GMT). For information on how to contact the Customer Support Department please visit the Contact page.
Education
It is your responsibility to carry out an appropriate check that your computer is up to date, that you can log in and you can access all pages of the product prior to any appointment.
Fair Use Policy
Our Fair User Policy applies to Services that are stated to be subjected to the Fair Use Policy.
Our Fair Use Policy is intended to ensure:
a. the availability of Our Services to all eligible ShareSmart Customers;
b. that the Fair Use Policy is not used in an unreasonable manner;
We reserve the right to vary the terms of this Fair Use Policy from time to time.
We may rely on the Fair Use Policy where your usage is deemed unreasonable by the Company.

ShareSmart has been optimised for Google Chrome.
Indemnity
Other than any responsibilities implied by law that cannot be excluded, you agree to indemnify and hold the company, its affiliates, officers and agents harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, whatsoever arising out of or referable to the material on this website or to any linked third-party material, whether in contract, tort including negligence, statute or otherwise. You expressly understand and agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk and that this website is provided on an as-is and as available basis.
The User agrees that under no circumstances will the company and/or any of its carriers, suppliers, officers, agents or independent contractors be liable or responsible in any way to the User or any other person or entity for any loss, damages, costs, expenses or other claims (including any special, indirect, consequential or incidental loss or damage to the User, including but not limited to loss of business opportunity, business interruption, lost profits or for punitive or exemplary damages), as a result, direct or indirect, of any defect, error, deficiency or discrepancy in the Service including their form, content and timeliness of delivery, including, without limitation, for or in relation to:
a. any Product and/or Service supplied to the User;
b. any delay in supplying the Product and/or Service;
